Sock Brilliance

It is hunting season!

I love all things that smell of mud, fresh meat and gun powder. Raised a city girl with country blood running through my veins, there is nothing I enjoy more than fresh meat on the table! Daniel shot his first 8 point buck today- what this means to me is a) a freezer full of venison, b) a beautiful rack that will be featured in my home shortly, and c) an incredibly happy boyfriend to have dinner with :)

Mischief....

Every time I leave my precious pup with Daniel, I get a random picture of some sort of mischief. Apparently Dan was training Harley for Winter....

I usually stick to sweet green smoothies, but this was delicious! It was like a better, healthier version of V8. Mmmmm yum.

Sheer Vanity
